SME Engine is a product of SME Marketing and Sales, a sole trader based in New Zealand. By using SME Engine you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Plans and prices
Plans are month to month, except Pro, which has a 3 month minimum. Prices are as shown on the page. Text, email and AI usage are billed separately through your account wallet. NZ text messaging needs an inst8 account, signed up to directly.
Billing
Your plan is charged in advance each month. Usage charges, such as text, email and AI, are billed through your account wallet as you use them.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your next billing date. The Pro 3 month minimum still applies.
